Summary of Job Responsibility: The trainee would be responsible to handle queries received through Calls/Chat/Emails related to fare enquiry, ticket booking, cancellation and general navigational questions related to our travel website. Around 80% of customers are Hindi speaking however employee needs to be comfortable in English as well. You would need a good internet connection (this will be reimbursed), a laptop/desktop & a phone with headphones to work in this profile.

  2. 0-2 years of experience, Freshers can also apply.

  1. Answering and solving queries relating to the booking of flights and other relevant information. 
  2. Clear and unambiguous communication of information to the customers. 
  3. Communicating any complex issues, if any, to the Team Lead/Manager immediately.

  5. Should be proficient in using Laptop/Desktop & basic applications
  6. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

1) What should be the selection process? 

You need to apply on upcurve.kekahire.com post which your resume will be shortlisted. These shortlisted candidates will be called for online interview & those qualifying the interview will be able to join this program. As part of the program, trainees will go through 10days of training period before they start assisting customers.


2) Will I be provided with Laptop, Desktop, phone or any other hardware? 

You need to use your own devices. We will not be providing any hardware. 


3) Will I be provided with Internet Connection? 

No. You need to get a broadband connection for which we will provide you reimbursement up-to Rs. 500 per month against the internet bill submitted. The bill needs to be on your name only.


4) Is there any age limit to apply for this position? 

Applicant age needs to be in between 20 to 40 years as on 1st Jan 2021 


5) Would I have to be available during a fixed time every day? 

Yes, a monthly schedule will be shared with you and you would have to follow the schedule. This schedule will list the working days and shift timing as well. 


6) Will I be having scheduled paid leaves which I can avail? 

Yes, apart from one weekly-off & paid Holidays, you can avail 12 leaves in a calendar year. The leave calendar will be shared with you for the year. You need to follow leave policy which will be shared during your onboarding process 


7) Do I need to work from a fixed location from which we can operate? 

We need your permanent address proof which we will verify physically however post this verification, candidate can work from anywhere. They just need to ensure good internet and phone connectivity. 


8) How can I earn the incentives?  

Incentive is decided based on the set parameters which are around Performance and behaviour. These parameters will get shared with you during your onboarding process and the measurement of the Performance and Behaviour are very transperancy.  


9) How will I record my time when I am working? 

The calling application will log you in/out/break time. More details will be shared during your training. 


10) Is this a full-time training? 

This is a full-time paid training requiring you to be engaging with us for 7 hours per day.
